Calling about an emergency you ask more then two questions or a ball park max idea of price highest possible, they hang up on you! Second 1 today to do so try to say thank you have a great day, click before u can try to be respectful by saying have a great day they hang up great customer service! Really great job guys! 1 word to describe them DISRESPECTFUL!
These people put their heart into their work. They will take good care of your pet. It's expensive but the people that work there don't have any control over that.
They treated us like people who were concerned about a family member. They were respectful of my feelings and answered all my questions. We ended up needing to put our old kitty to sleep and did everything to comfort and respect my sick and dying kitty.
Great customer service but they don't except payments :( they do offer carecredit which can pretty much ruin your credit
