Please be aware that this park is charging a $500 non-refundable application fee and an entrance fee equal to 2 months lot rent.Guess they are not really looking for new residents. The maintenance area,which you pass as you enter the park ,looks like a dump. It is an eyesore. Come on,people,shape up and be reasonable. This is Maine,not Florida.
