severe PTSD, but an officer calls to yell over the phone, just because someone came in with a complaint. No effort, interest, or CARING to understand the true victims situation. Terrible communication and a lack of intelligence....just being a bully. Shaking while writing, just thinking about what this officer did. Next time, have a little compassion and try to find out the REAL facts.
