Had a prior positive experience with this shop but today my wife went there and had a totally different experience. The guy started by not even bothering to even answer the door because he was too busy browsing Facebook. Then during the inspection he pointed to a bunch of nonsense as for reasons why he wouldn't pass the car (things that had existed as was when another mechanic at this shop passed the car last year). He finished by telling her what a nice guy he was for how lenient he had been. I will never take another vehicle to this shop nor ever recommend it to anyone I like. It is a shame too because it is a small local shop, and whoever worked there before was actually a decent person and mechanic.
